For me, the food scene is a solid 10/10 - it’s not a typical mess system but a full-on multi-cuisine restaurant vibe. I’m never stuck eating the same thing every day. Fried rice and biriyani are my go-to favourites, and even late-night cravings are sorted without burning my budget.
Hostel life is pure freedom - my own space, laundry sorted, and unlimited WiFi for study grinds and late-night scrolls. My room feels like HQ, my hostel gang feels like family, and every day turns into a new core memory.

When is the right time to apply for B.E. CSE at MEC?
Applications open after your Class 12 board results. The earlier you apply, the better your shot at early admission and scholarship rounds. If you're serious about the programme, don't wait for results to start your application - shortlisting begins before the final cutoffs are published.
How do I apply for a scholarship for the CSE programme?
Scholarship applications are part of the main admission process - no separate form needed. We offer merit-based, need-based, and builder scholarships (for students with prior projects, hackathon wins, or GitHub contributions). The earlier you apply, the more scholarship rounds you're eligible for. Late applicants miss the first two rounds.
Is there a scholarship specifically for students who already code?
Yes - the Builder Scholarship is designed exactly for students who've already shipped something. A personal project, an open-source contribution, a hackathon build, or even a live app with real users - all count. Submit your GitHub link or project URL with your application and our team evaluates it directly.
